www.romfilmdevelopment.org<\/b><\/a> is a website owned by Asociatia de dezvoltare a filmului romanesc (hereinafter referred to as ADFR), a NGO with its headquarters on 43 Aviatorilor Bd., 1st floor, room 7, district 1, Bucharest, registered in the Special Register of the District Court 1, Part A \u2013 Associations, Section I, under no. 75 \/ 16.06.2016, represented by Laura Mu\u015fat, as founder, having the workstation on 19 Alexandru Constantinescu St., district 1, Bucharest.<\/span><\/p>\n

The present website (<\/span>www.romfilmdevelopment.org<\/span><\/a>) processes and stores personal data in EU, following the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016\/679), which is a binding legislative act.<\/span><\/p>\n

The personal data collected by ADFR through www.romfilmdevelopment.org<\/a> are processed in a legal, correct and transparent manner. Data collection is appropriate, relevant, and limited to information required for purposes of the processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The data can be accessed by targeted, updated or deleted at user\u2019s request. The users have the right to restrict the personal data processing. All the collected data will be confidentially kept and securely stored.<\/span><\/p>\n

The present website collects the following personal data: first and last name, email, which is collected through the Newsletter Subscription and Contact form. The users can choose to register into the ADFR data base to receive notifications about ADFR\u2019s activity (notifications are sent by email, using Mailchimp platform).<\/span><\/p>\n

Using Personal Data<\/b><\/p>\n

ADFR will use the collected personal data only for the purpose they were collected and will only store the data for as long as is necessary for that purpose. Access to personal data is strictly limited to the ADFR team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marketing emails\/Newsletters<\/b><\/p>\n

ADFR will send marketing emails\/newsletters to all users registered in the association\u2019s data base. The users can unsubscribe anytime using the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d button from the bottom of every sent email. Once users unsubscribe, they won\u2019t get any more notification from ADFR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Newsletters include information about ADFR\u2019s activity, events and news from the film industry and events dedicated to students.<\/span><\/p>\n
